ROAD MAP TO HAVE THE FRESHEST LAWN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
INSPECTION
Prior to start digging our team ensures the following:
1- All landscape is covered by plywood or material needed before the start of the work
2- The designated area is marked
3- Sprinkler system heads get flagged at this stage to avoid breaking them during the grading process.
REMOVAL PROCESS
Removal of the existing surface. Using Sod cutters which trims 3 inches of the old grass. Or use bobcat ( if access possible) which gets the job done together.
GRADING SLOPES
1- Supply and install grading sod soil
2- A finish grade is done using metal rakes to ensure correct sloping
3- Soil used is a mix of triple mix and soil. Cleaned from all weeds
PRE INSTALL COMPACTION
Compact the soil to ensure a firm ground prior to installing new lush grass
SOD INSTALLATION
Supply and install freshly cut sod rolls straight from the farm. Sod installed in a staggered pattern to ensure smooth connection. Lastly, all garden beds and corners are cut to exact shape.
POST INSTALLATION COMPACTION
Use a lawn roller to compact the sod installed. This step ensures all the rolls are fully intact together leading to a healthy start
FINAL WALKTHROUGH
1- Go over all notes and corrections to ensure your vision has been finalize
2- Ensure the site is cleaner than it was.
3- Drop a care package that includes all instructions on how to maintain new landscape and warranty
